Job summary

Searchability in Fareham is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage multiple IT infrastructure projects from inception through to completion. Based in Fareham, this role collaborates with clients, engineers, internal teams and third-party suppliers to keep projects on track and deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will coordinate resources, maintain documentation and provide regular management reports on KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities.
• Confident communicating with clients, internal teams and third parties.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office and general IT skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain accurate project systems and documentation.
• Comfortable working within a busy, deadline-driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple IT infrastructure projects from inception through to completion.
• Act as a key point of communication between clients, internal technical teams and third parties.
• Arrange and schedule technical resources, maintain project documentation and systems.
• Support onboarding of new clients and produce management reports covering project delivery KPIs.
• Join a wider Project Services function delivering server, storage, networking, wireless and security projects.
