Birkbeck, University of London is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to sustain and enhance our IT infrastructure, including identity management and PowerShell libraries, across Entra ID, Azure, OCI and M365 environments.

The role covers Linux/Windows VM administration, server/storage management, messaging, AD/Azure AD in an M365 context, and AWS cloud services, with a focus on reliability and service quality.

Formación

• Extensive experience with PowerShell, Identity Management, Linux and Oracle platforms.
• Strong understanding of Windows security standards and Entra ID.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools like PowerShell.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Identity Management processes.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and libraries.
• Maintain integration of Entra ID, Azure, OCI and M365 environments.
• Design, develop, administer and support complex IT infrastructure systems (Linux/Windows VMs).
• Server host and storage management; Messaging and Active Directory/Azure AD within M365; Cloud services (AWS); scripting and automation.
• Collaborate with IT Services to resolve escalated issues and improve team efficiency.
