Qualifications

• Substantial expertise in Infrastructure Software and related IT services.
• Experience delivering secure, reliable university-wide IT services.
• Ability to optimise resources and comply with audits.

Responsibilities

• Implement, manage and enhance services in authentication, identity, access controls, single sign-on, collaboration, mail and Office365 technologies.
• Create innovative solutions addressing complex technical and business challenges.
• Collaborate with academic, professional, medical leaders and staff to set technical standards.
• Develop monitoring of systems, produce reports, and drive continuous improvement and SLA achievement.
• Reduce technical debt by migrating from legacy platforms and automating tasks.
