Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of high-quality, robust, resilient and secure university-wide IT services.
• Implement, manage and enhance authentication, identity, access controls, SSO, mail and Office 365 services.
• Create innovative solutions to complex technical and business challenges.
• Work with senior managers, staff and students to set technical and service standards.
• Establish and develop system monitoring, producing and analysing reports to drive improvement.
• Ensure service levels and performance objectives are met.
• Reduce technical debt by migrating legacy services to modern replacements.
• Automate routine tasks and introduce self-service capabilities.
