Job summary

The role focuses on supporting a predominantly on-premises Wintel estate while moving toward cloud-based technologies and a serverless computing strategy.

You'll deliver 3rd line support, patching, security, and project work, with hybrid working after probation and occasional travel to UK and European branches.

• Ensure infrastructure improvements align with cybersecurity objectives.
• Provide 3rd-line technical support and assist escalated issues.
• Undertake project-related activities to support the IT estate.
• Participate in change management activities.
• Travel to UK and European branch sites may be required.
