Job summary

Ashdown Group is seeking a highly experienced Technical Consultant to join a growing MSP in the North London area. The role will split time between customer sites and the Potters Bar HQ, covering complete IT infrastructure rollout, migration, upgrade and deployment projects.

You will provide full project life cycle consultancy, including pre-sales, scope of work, proof of concept, customer onboarding, technical designs, project delivery and post-project support.

Qualifications

• Experience working for MSPs in a customer-focused role.
• Experience across IT infrastructure projects lifecycle.
• Willingness to travel across Greater London and spend time at Potters Bar HQ.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rollout, migration, upgrade and deployment projects.
• Provide full lifecycle consultancy: pre-sales, scope, design, delivery, post-support.
• Deliver at customer sites and at the Potters Bar HQ as required.
