Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects in IT services or MSP environments.

• Proficient in planning, risk and change management, and cross-department coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of customer projects from initiation to billing and closure.
• Coordinate with project engineers and internal teams to keep projects on track.
• Serve as the main escalation point for delivery issues.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor time, budgets and profitability to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage changing priorities, risks and schedules to stay on course.
