Scolmore Group IT is seeking a hands-on IT Helpdesk Technician to support users across a fast-paced, multi-site environment. This office-based role at our Tamworth head office requires ownership, learning, and a long-term IT career focus.

You will handle 1st/2nd line support, manage incidents to resolution, and assist with M365, AD/Entra ID, Intune, and device deployment across sites. Occasional travel and out-of-hours support may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Passion for technology and drive to develop interest.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with good communication.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11 and IT ticketing systems.
• Basic AD and Entra ID knowledge; understand endpoint security.
• Good organisation and time management; able to work independently or in a team.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support across the business.
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support via phone, email, remote and in person.
• Own incidents through to resolution; escalate when required.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Support Windows 11 desktop/laptop environments; deploy devices.
• Admin user accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID; Intune enrolment support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, connectivity, and access issues.
• Assist with software installs, patching, and system updates; office moves.
• Travel across group sites; support wider IT team during peak periods.
