Job summary

Greensafe IT is seeking a detail-oriented Hardware Assessment Coordinator to join our Internal Engineering Department. This newly created role acts as a first-stage filter for incoming IT hardware devices, ensuring only devices needing full engineer review reach the team.

You will review system-generated diagnostic reports and determine the most appropriate pathway for each device, including further review, warranty, refurbishment, or straight-to-quote processing, helping reduce engineers'

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and a methodical, process-driven approach.
Ability to interpret diagnostic information and make evidence-based decisions.
Good communication skills for liaising with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Review and interpret automated diagnostic reports for a high volume of incoming IT hardware devices.
Make accurate decisions on the correct workflow pathway for each device based on report findings.
Identify devices that do not need full engineering intervention, helping reduce unnecessary workload.
Maintain high accuracy and consistency in assessments to ensure productivity.
Collaborate with engineers and team leads to refine criteria and improve performance.
Escalate unclear cases promptly to senior staff.
Provide feedback on recurring issues and opportunities for process improvement.
