Job summary

Greensafe IT is seeking a Hardware Assessment Co-Ordinator to join our Internal Engineering Department in a full-time, Monday-Friday role. You will filter incoming IT hardware by analysing diagnostic reports and determining the appropriate pathway for each device, such as further engineering review, warranty, refurbishment or straight-to-quote processing.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with a methodical, process-driven approach.
• Ability to interpret diagnostic information and make evidence-based decisions.
• Good communication with internal stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret automated diagnostic reports for inbound IT hardware devices.
• Decide the correct workflow pathway (engineering review, warranty, refurbishment, or quote).
• Identify devices not requiring full engineering intervention.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency to support the engineering team’s productivity.
• Monitor KPIs related to device throughput, accuracy and decision quality.
• Escalate unclear cases to senior staff and provide feedback for process improvement.
