Tate is seeking an IT First Line Support Analyst to join a busy Service Delivery team in Bedford. The role provides essential first-line IT support to colleagues, resolving incidents or escalating to specialists as needed.
Immediate start available for a temporary assignment. Ideal candidates have prior IT support experience or recent IT qualifications, with strong troubleshooting, communication, and familiarity with Windows, Microsoft apps, and ticketing systems.
