Job summary

Pro-Connexions is seeking an experienced IT Field Support Engineer to provide end-user support across a multisite environment in West London. You will handle desktop, laptop, and thin client devices and act as an escalation point for the Service Desk.

The role requires strong communication skills, ITIL awareness, and the ability to engage with VIPs and stakeholders. A valid driver's license and own car are preferred to cover multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in Deskside/End User support.
• Proficient with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and ITIL awareness.
• Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to support desktop, laptop and thin clients across multisite environments.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and VIPs preferred.

Job description

Salary: £40,000 - 42,000 per year

Requirements

• Must be able to drive and have own car.
• Experience with Windows 11.
• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Awareness of ITIL.
• Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.
• Approximately 3 years of demonstrable experience in a Deskside/End User support role.
• Experience supporting desktop, laptop, and thin client devices within a complex multisite environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience supporting VIPs or stakeholders is preferred.
