Job Title: Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as needed.

Ideal Candidate: Demonstrable experience in:

1. Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials, following contract manuals and procedural documents to standards of quality and timeliness under supervision.
2. Providing technical support for installed solutions.
3. Escalating issues via senior engineers for ongoing incidents.
4. Reviewing and managing open incidents daily, ensuring workflow and utilization are maintained.
5. Knowledge of IP, network infrastructure, and PC products is preferred.
