Job Description:

Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when required.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company delivering services to public sector customers and to contribute to national safety and life-saving efforts.

We want to hear from you if you meet the following criteria:

• Experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials using current contract manuals and procedural documents, ensuring quality and timely completion under the guidance of a Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions, including break/fix support.
• Escalating issues through the appropriate channels for ongoing incidents.
• Reviewing open incidents daily, managing your workflow and utilization to close incidents efficiently.
• Ideally, experience with IP networks and knowledge of working with network infrastructure products and PCs.
