Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when needed.

We want to hear from you if you meet the following criteria:

• Demonstrable experience in assisting with the installation of equipment and materials, following the latest contract manuals and procedural documents, to the required standards of quality and time under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Providing technical support for installation, break/fix support for customer solutions.
• Escalating issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer to Problem Management for ongoing incidents of similar nature.
• Reviewing open incidents daily for your region, actively managing your workflow and utilization to close incidents.
• Ideally, IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products / PCs.
