Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as needed.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company delivering services to public sector customers and contributing to national safety and life-saving efforts.

We want to hear from you if you have:

• Experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials using the latest contract manuals and procedures, meeting quality and time standards under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Provided technical support for installed solutions.
• Escalated issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer for ongoing incidents.
• Reviewed open incidents daily, managed workflow and utilization to close incidents.
• Ideally, IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products and PCs.
