Job summary

Visit Belfast is seeking an IT & Facilities Coordinator to provide hands-on technical support and maintain hardware, software and network infrastructure across VB sites. The role reports to the Director of Finance & Corporate Services and includes facilities coordination, contractor liaison, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Responsibilities include IT user support, incident resolution, system monitoring, access management, and ensuring GDPR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for IT support across the organisation, providing technical assistance and advice on hardware, software applications and network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, mobile device, internet and network issues for end users across all sites.
• Coordinate facilities management for Visit Belfast, including regular maintenance inspections and contractor management.
• Manage building access, alarms, CCTV, heating/cooling and AV/telephony setup as required.
• Ensure health and safety and GDPR policies are implemented and adhered to.
• Travel on behalf of Visit Belfast may form part of the job.
