Job summary

Vertiv's Campsie site in Derry/Londonderry seeks a proactive Lead Facilities Maintenance Co-ordinator to join our Facilities team, focused on delivering reliable facility services and strong EHS compliance.

You will manage maintenance regimes, review service contracts, oversee procurement for services and projects, maintain asset records, and drive energy efficiency initiatives while partnering with Health & Safety and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience coordinating facility services with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience managing soft services (cleaning, catering, office logistics).
• Familiar with regulatory compliance, procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of a robust maintenance regime across facility services.
• Review and manage service contracts with providers and contractors.
• Handle purchases for ongoing services and facility-related projects.
• Maintain asset registers, project records, and service drawings.
• Respond to facilities-related requests and ensure timely action.
• Maintain governance records and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with Health & Safety to action audit outcomes.
• Track spend to align with budgets.
• Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate utilities records and quality review meetings.
• Contribute to project management activities and meeting documentation.
• Assist with training development for maintenance personnel.
• Help maintain office space standards.

We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Lead Facilities Maintenance Co-ordinator to join our Facilities team at Campsie site in Derry/Londonderry.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of a robust maintenance regime across all facility services.
• Maintain and review service contracts and relationships with service providers and contractors.
• Manage purchase requisions for ongoing services and facility-related projects.
• Compile and update asset registers, project records, and service drawings.
• Monitor and respond to facilities-related requests, ensuring timely action.
• Organise and maintain compliance documentation and governance records.
• Partner with the Health & Safety team to action outcomes from audits and assessments.
• Track and manage spend to align with departmental budgets.
• Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate utilities records and quality review meetings.
• Contribute to project management activities and maintain meeting documentation.
• Assist with training development for maintenance personnel.
• Help maintain and enhance office space standards.

Essential Skills, Qualifications/Experience:

• Demonstrated experience of customer focused coordination of facility services and maintenance activities.
• Familiarity with managing soft services such as cleaning, catering, and office logistics.
• Working knowledge of regulatory compliance, procedures and policies.

Desirable Skills, Qualifications/Experience:

• Experience with software for maintenance planning or project management is an advantage.
