ReliaQuest, LLC is seeking an IT Engineer to support onboarding, resolve issues, and maintain our macOS and Windows environments. You will troubleshoot, configure hardware and software, manage AV deployments, and contribute to a growing knowledge base.

You'll work with a cross‑functional team to improve workflows, document solutions, and assist with security and collaboration tools like Microsoft 365 and AD. A degree in IT and 1–3 years of hands‑on experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 1–3 years of Mac and/or Windows troubleshooting and configuration.
• Experience providing customer service and technical support.

• Provide first‑line IT support for onboarding and daily requests.
• Log, prioritize, and respond to queries from multiple channels (phone, chat, Jira).
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Assist with device management in macOS environment and AV deployments.
• Contribute to knowledge base and document solutions.
