Qualifications

• Experience in a second-line IT support, infrastructure support, or similar hands-on role.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and own resolutions.
• Knowledge of Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365 and cloud services.
• Experience supporting business IT infrastructure and endpoint management.
• Understanding of information security principles and secure IT administration practices.

Responsibilities

• IT service desk management, incident resolution, troubleshooting, and SLA-driven support across end-user and business systems.
• Windows endpoint administration, device deployment, software installation, user provisioning, and lifecycle management.
• Infrastructure support across servers, networks, cloud platforms, identity services, and end-user computing environments.
• System monitoring, patch management, software updates, vulnerability remediation, and secure configuration management.
• Information security operations including security monitoring, incident response, access management, and implementation of security controls.
• Compliance and governance support for ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials/Cyber Essentials Plus, DCC requirements, audits, risk remediation, and ISMS activities.
• Technical documentation, asset and licence management, process improvement, automation, and service reliability enhancement.
