DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to lead ITSM delivery across the organisation, ensuring reliable IT services and strong customer experience. The role is remote with UK travel, requiring collaboration with technical teams and senior stakeholders to drive performance and compliance.

You will manage ITIL disciplines, spearhead process improvements, and provide Enhanced Support during critical incidents, while aligning with product owners to safeguard business

Formación

• Experience in an operational IT Service Management role within large, complex organisations.
• Proven ITSM delivery experience to customers in similar disciplines.
• Ability to grasp IT concepts quickly and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• ITIL Foundation V4 desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Drive day-to-day delivery and governance of ITIL disciplines including IT Service Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Operations IT Risk Management and Transition Management/Project Change Office.
• Embed best-practice ITSM processes to ensure reliability and continuous improvement of IT services.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external resolving partners to drive operational excellence.
• Provide Enhanced Support to designated customers or sites during critical periods with proactive incident communication.
• Maintain focus on compliance and business continuity during peak operational windows.
