DHL Supply Chain is seeking an IT Business Partner - Delivery to join the Aviation and Travel IT team. Based remotely with travel to Gatwick and Heathrow, you will manage supplier-led software development, system configuration, upgrades and digitalisation initiatives across global IT landscapes.

You will lead change programmes, coordinate deployments, and work with the IT Product Manager to deliver site deployments and future IT projects.

Competenze

Logistics or supply chain industry experience essential.
IT experience in a similar role in a large complex organisation.
Demonstrable Change, Product and Supplier management experience essential.
Strong project management and implementation experience including organisational and planning skills.
Strong business and commercial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and cost modelling.
Strong relationship management skills and good business cultural awareness.
Excellent communication skills with excellent negotiating skills.

Drive Performance with key suppliers focusing on software implementation and upgrades.
Innovate by scoping requirements and managing small to medium projects.
Reduce reliance on central IT for smaller projects and changes.
Coordinate change programmes and strategic initiatives across Aviation & Travel IT.
Lead a team of IT specialists to achieve self-sufficiency aims; line manage two IT Systems Support.
Work closely with the IT Product Manager and be supported by the Service & Support Manager.
Ensure compliance by hands-on involvement with non-catalogued products.
