Job summary

ECS Resource Group is seeking a Project Coordinator / Scheduler on a contract basis to support IT device refresh and deployment projects in Dartford. You will coordinate project activities, schedule resources, track progress and ensure deployments are delivered on time.

You will liaise with customers, engineers and project stakeholders, maintain plans and reports, and assist Project Managers with administration.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Scheduler.
• Experience coordinating multiple activities and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Schedule engineers and deployment activities.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation.
• Monitor project progress and escalate where needed.
• Liaise with customers, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Produce project status updates and reports.
• Support Project Managers with project administration and coordination.
