Job summary

DXC Technology in Farnborough is seeking a Project Planner/Scheduler to create and maintain integrated schedules for complex, multi-project delivery. You will use evidence-based planning to provide a single view of progress and ensure alignment with milestones and contractual commitments.

You will monitor progress with dashboards, manage baselines and change control, and collaborate with delivery teams, PMO, and senior stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks and dependencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in programme or portfolio planning within complex, multi-project environments.
• Knowledge of programme and project methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated programme and project schedules using DXC standard planning tools.
• Align milestones and deliverables with contractual commitments across the programme.
• Monitor progress and produce insightful reporting, dashboards, and schedule analysis.
• Manage baselines, stage gates, and change control in line with governance standards.
• Facilitate planning workshops and collaborate closely with delivery teams, PMO, and senior stakeholders.
• Identify and manage schedule risks, issues, and cross-workstream dependencies.
• Continuously improve planning processes, tooling, and reporting capability.
