Job summary

Datalec Precision Installations (DPI) is seeking a Project Planning Coordinator to join the Connectivity Division, providing administrative and planning support to keep projects on schedule and well-documented.

You will maintain project plans, coordinate governance meetings, track actions, risks and dependencies, and produce regular performance reports while supporting resource planning and information management, using Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Experience supporting projects, programmes or operational teams.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules, milestones and trackers.
• Coordinate meetings, governance forums and action logs.
• Produce regular project and performance reports.
• Support resource planning and onboarding activities.
• Manage project documentation and information repositories.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies and key deadlines.
• Provide administrative support to project and delivery teams.
• Represent the business professionally and uphold the Group’s core values and behaviours in dealings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain business and client confidentiality and comply with data protection legislation, information security standards, and Company and Group policies and procedures.
