Job summary

JCDecaux UK is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects. The role reports to the Programme Office Director and works with Project Managers and Directors to align with business needs.

You will assist in planning, scheduling, and maintaining project documentation, while supporting continuous improvement across processes and SOPs. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating project activities.
• Support development of project plans and schedules.
• Maintain project documentation (plans, schedules, reports).
• Monitor progress and report risks to the project manager.
• Facilitate meetings (agendas, minutes).
• Ensure deliverables are understood by stakeholders.
