Andium Homes Limited is seeking a Development & Operations Technician to join a small team focused on software automation and IT operations. You will support business initiatives, manage IT environments, and assist colleagues in a dynamic setting.

The role requires strong IT skills, communication, and programme management understanding, with expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure. A proactive, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• AS level IT or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in development and coding in a work environment.
• Advanced SQL Server administration.
• Experience administering Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent prioritisation and organisation abilities.
• Team player aligned with Andium values.
• Entitled to work residential status.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload and priorities with minimal supervision.
• Escalation point for technical support incidents.
• Provide level 2 and 3 desktop support on-site and remotely.
• Identify, analyse, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Log incidents and changes; liaise with 3rd parties as needed.
• Maintain SOPs for equipment, processes and procedures.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and lunch & learn events.
• Adhere to IT policies and security procedures.
• Assist in IT risk management and roadmap delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define development requirements.
• Contribute to Digital architecture design and strategy.
• Deliver IT projects aligned with business objectives.
• Create and execute test scripts; transition services to support.
• Provide after-hours system support when required; time in lieu applies.
