Job summary

Arondite is seeking a Technical Operations & IT Specialist to ensure stability, performance and security of our infrastructure, with a focus on supporting the engineering team. You’ll maintain development systems, improve cybersecurity, and optimise networks to boost productivity across the company.

You will bridge operations and engineering, automate workflows and create a robust environment. This hybrid role requires UK right to work and a security-vetting mindset.

Qualifications

• 2 years IT operations experience supporting development teams.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and admin tools.
• Experience with SSO/SAML and identity providers.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP cloud platforms.
• Ability to design and secure network infrastructure.
• Fluency in Windows/macOS/Linux in a corporate setting.
• Understanding of software development life cycle.
• Strong communication with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Windows, Linux, and Apple devices across the company.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver a stable development environment.
• Deploy and maintain secure network infrastructure.
• Follow cybersecurity policies and standards.
• Help meet UK government IT accreditation requirements.
• Document configurations and procedures for users.
• Automate repetitive IT tasks to boost efficiency.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and on-call rotation.
