Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services UK is seeking an Asset Management professional to manage the full lifecycle of end-user devices, from procurement to compliant disposal. You will ensure accurate asset records and provide strong end-user support across IT teams.

The role requires experience with ServiceNow ITSM, devices provisioning, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. UK-based relocation may be needed, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and end-user device lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to support end users and manage IT peripherals.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate inventory of end-user devices and track lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
• Coordinate procurement, deployment and configuration of devices; ensure updates and security fixes.
• Coordinate repairs, replacements and service requests.
• Partner with IT support teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Manage end-of-life processes and compliant disposal.
• Work with recycling partners for environmentally responsible handling.
• Maintain disposal records and compliance documentation.
