Holistic IT, a trusted and forward-thinking provider of IT solutions, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated IT Apprentice to join their growing team.

Based in Doncaster, this role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about technology to gain valuable hands-on experience, work towards industry-recognised qualifications, and learn from experienced professionals in a supportive environment.

In this role, you’ll work towards yourLevel 3 IT Support Apprenticeship,delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Proactively research and troubleshoot technical issues using Google, Windows diagnostic tools (e.g., Event Viewer, Task Manager), and Azure Resource Manager (ARM) utilities to identify and resolve IT problems efficiently.
• Assist with the configuration and deployment of new laptops and desktop systems for clients, ensuring readiness for use.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer IT support via phone, email, and remote assistance tools, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Gain hands-on experience with cloud technologies by working with Microsoft 365 and Azure services, including exposure to Azure Resource Manager, within the company’s Microsoft-based infrastructure.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours&Benefits:

• Monday to Friday 08:30am – 5pm or 9am – 5:30pm
• A full-time apprenticeship with real hands-on experience

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Grade 4 in Maths and 5 in English is essential for this role
• Is genuinely interested in technology and how things work
• Enjoys helping people and providing great customer service
• Is eager to learn and build a career in IT and Cyber Security
• Can communicate clearly and confidently
• Has some basic IT knowledge – even if it’s just from helping friends or family
• Has worked in a customer-facing role (like retail or hospitality)
• Holds a UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
