Overview:

Oasis is eager to recruit a proactive ICT Technician Apprentice with a mature, 'can do' attitude. The successful candidate will undertake a variety of tasks and gain comprehensive experience within a busy technical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth operation of ICT systems to support teaching, learning, administration, and leadership.
• Facilitate effective use of ICT by staff and students, enhancing their understanding and experience of ICT.
• Provide remote and face-to-face technical support as per the academy's ICT support service standards.
• Support pupils and staff in using ICT appropriately through advice and training.

Entry requirements:

• Applicants must not hold a qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject.

Applicants with a combination of qualifications and experience demonstrating the necessary foundation may also be considered. International qualifications must be accompanied by official documentation comparing them to UK standards.
