Job summary

HLK is an IP powerhouse providing IT support across our global offices. Based in the UK, you will be part of the IT Services Team delivering day-to-day support for Microsoft 365 and in-house systems, with hybrid working and travel to offices as needed.

We value organised, detail-oriented individuals with strong communication and problem-solving skills, comfortable embracing automation/AI, and with 3+ years of general IT support and 2+ years of 2nd line experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on IT support experience.
• Experience with Active Directory and MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for MS 365 and in-house systems.
• Manage helpdesk queues and asset management.
• Assist with network connectivity issues.
• Support hardware rollouts and office refurbishments.
• Provide user training and basic IT induction.
