Job summary

You will support P&C Technology, Workday, and Employee Connection teams, triaging issues, assisting with vendor management, and maintaining system records.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT support/analyst role.
• Experience dealing with external development vendors and third‑party service providers.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with an understanding of corporate functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to work cross-culturally.
• Experience working with HR/Payroll systems.
• Experience using AI-powered productivity and technical tooling to improve support and documentation.
• PMO or project coordination experience.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools and scripting/automation.

Responsibilities

• Triage application configuration or support issues with the correct business functions and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist vendor management to ensure application security certificates are current and functional.
• Provide technical advisory aligned with Enterprise Technology strategy.
• Prepare and update project materials (PowerPoint/Excel templates, MS Project) and capture stakeholder notes.
• Update internal application tracking systems with details and escalate data gaps.
• Utilise AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and drive process automation across P&C Technology platforms.
