Job summary

Aquent is partnering with a leading global technology company to recruit a Data Analyst who will shape AI-ready data foundations and scalable analytics across regions. This role blends data analysis with strategic influence to improve customer experiences and operational excellence.

The 10-month hybrid contract offers up to £217.09 per day PAYE, with responsibilities spanning data pipelines, dashboards, and AI-enabled insights to enhance customer success and digital experiences.

Qualifications

Experience in Data Analytics or Data Science with exposure to Customer Success, Operations, or Digital Experience domains.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and pipeline development.
Experience with dashboards and visualisation tools (Tableau, Qlik, or similar).
Familiarity with big data tools (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark) and ETL processes.
Ability to communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build robust data foundations with engineering for pipelines, data integrity, and governance across international markets.
Develop data capabilities that function across regions, adapting to local requirements.
Automate recurring reporting and validation to boost accuracy and AI readiness.
Create scalable dashboards that connect metrics across the customer journey.
