Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering or Mathematics.
• Skilled in programming (Python or C#).
• SQL literacy with the ability to manipulate structured data.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first escalation point for AI applications.
• Diagnose issues at an application level focusing on AI.
• Monitor Azure hosted applications and support APIs.

Skills

Object-oriented programming (Python or C#)

SQL literacy

Understanding of data structures and algorithms

Familiarity with RAG, LLM models

Understanding of REST APIs

Education

First-Class or 2:1 degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering or Mathematics
