Job summary

Hope for Justice is seeking an IT Administrator to join the Global IT team, primarily at the Manchester head office. The role provides frontline IT support, hardware and software administration, Microsoft 365 management, and basic networking with a focus on security and user service.

Based in the UK, this hands-on position covers local and remote support for staff, asset management, and involvement in global IT initiatives. The salary is £30,000 per annum with hybrid working and benefits.

Qualifications

• Provide first line IT support to staff for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• In-person and remote support to global user base.
• Manage Microsoft 365 and cloud-hosted systems.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and licenses.
• Assist with rollout of new IT tools and policies.
• Support IT security compliance and data protection.
• Prepare basic IT induction and user guides.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line IT support locally and remotely to staff.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff on IT systems.
• Maintain asset inventory and track licenses.
