Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payments with a focus on project delivery and onboarding.
• Experience with card schemes (Visa/Mastercard) and fintech suppliers.
• Proven ability to manage customer-facing projects and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Implementation: manage onboarding activities for new Issuing clients, ensuring milestones are met.
• External Project Contribution: work with Card Schemes and third-party suppliers, representing Checkout.com in external workstreams.
• Stakeholder Coordination: act as the hub between Sales, Finance, Risk, Legal and Engineering for smooth information flow.
• Client Relationship Management: be the main contact for customers during onboarding, translating requirements into project plans.
• Process Refinement: identify bottlenecks and build enhanced workflows to improve delivery speed.
• Operational Readiness: ensure internal teams are briefed and prepared for client go-live.
• Operational Rigor: handle documentation, system configuration and data entry to ensure solid, compliant foundations.
