Job summary

Cromwell Group (Holdings) Ltd is seeking an Environmental Compliance professional to drive ISO14001 certification across the group and maintain compliance with EU waste regulations including WEEE, ROHS and REACH. You will lead packaging and battery recycling programmes, review environmental impacts, and develop targets with the wider team.

The role requires strong administration skills, the ability to influence programmes, and a practical understanding of environmental law.

Qualifications

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ISO14001 internal audits and manage non-conformities and OBS.
• Create and maintain a register of Environmental legislation.
• Coordinate the packaging waste regulations process.
• Facilitate and manage battery recycling programme.
• Drive all recycling programmes for the organisation through partnerships.
• Manage environmental policies and procedures and disseminate to branch network.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and work instructions.
• Provide training and awareness on ESG requirements.
