Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Compliance Manager to lead the ISO 14001 EMS across the EMEA and AMS portfolio, acting as the client’s SME for environmental governance and reporting.

The role drives strategic and operational compliance, and manages sustainability reporting with engagement from operations teams and stakeholders. You will oversee audits, incident investigations, and performance data across regions, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in

Qualifications

• Essential: Degree or equivalent in Environmental Management, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field; PIEMA or equivalent membership.
• Desirable: MIEMA; Diploma level qualification; Lead Auditor ISO 14001.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMS implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement across the EMEA and AMS portfolio.
• Coordinate ISO 14001 audits and certification activities.
• Monitor audit findings and drive corrective actions and improvement plans.
• Lead sustainability reporting across EMEA, collecting and validating energy, carbon, waste and water data.
• Act as the primary environmental advisor for the client across EMEA, providing guidance on legislation and best practices.
