Job summary

Environmental Compliance Limited - ECL in Cardiff, part of the Celnor Group, is hiring an experienced Compliance Manager to take ownership of internal health, safety, environmental and quality compliance frameworks. The role focuses on developing and implementing systems aligned with ISO 14001 and strengthening the broader quality-management framework.

You will audit, review policies, train staff and ensure practical compliance across the business.

Qualifications

Strong background in Health & Safety, compliance, quality or integrated management systems.
Good knowledge of ISO 14001.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of internal Health & Safety, environmental, quality and compliance processes.
Lead development and implementation of Environmental Management System aligned with ISO 14001 and strengthen Quality Management System.
Review and improve policies, procedures, risk assessments and management systems for practicality and compliance.
Lead internal audits and compliance reviews, manage audit schedules, findings and corrective actions.
Embed best practices across the business and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure clear understanding and application of compliance requirements.
Monitor legislation, standards and guidance and provide training and updates as needed.
Investigate incidents and non-conformances and maintain clear compliance reporting.
