Job summary

ECL ltd in Bridgend is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead internal HSE, environmental and quality compliance, developing and implementing systems aligned to ISO 14001 and ISO 9001. You will audit, review policies, train staff, and monitor legislation, supporting continuous improvement across the business.

This role reports to the Field Team and offers a structured path within the Celnor Group.

Qualifications

Strong Health & Safety and compliance background.
Experience with ISO 14001 implementation and maintenance.
Experience supporting ISO 9001 and quality-management systems.
Ability to review, develop and implement policies and procedures.
Experience leading internal audits and managing audit findings.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of internal Health & Safety, environmental, quality and compliance processes.
Develop and implement Environmental Management System aligned with ISO 14001; strengthen Quality Management System.
Review policies, procedures, risk assessments and management systems for practicality and compliance.
Lead internal audits and compliance reviews; manage audit schedules and corrective actions.
Act as a champion for policies, procedures and continuous improvement across the business.
Collaborate with managers to ensure compliance requirements are understood and followed.
Monitor legislation and standards; provide training and updates as required.
Investigate incidents and non-conformances; maintain records and provide clear reporting.
