Job summary

Teach360 is seeking a dedicated Youth Worker (Behaviour Mentor) for a mainstream secondary school in Islington. You will deliver 1:1, in-class, and out-of-class support to students, focusing on behaviour and pastoral support. The role requires building strong rapport with students and working within a behavioural team.

The position is long-term with potential career development; Team Teach or physical intervention training is desirable. ASAP start for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience with young people, ideally in a school setting.
• Must have strong behaviour management skills.
• Team Teach/Physical Intervention training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to students who need it.
• Deliver in-class and outside-class support for pupils.
• Work with students displaying challenging behaviour and support positive outcomes.
