Job summary

Teach360 is seeking a dedicated Youth Worker (Behaviour Mentor) for a mainstream secondary school in Croydon, start ASAP. You will support students with behavioural and pastoral needs, delivering 1:1 and in-class support, and help manage challenging behaviour within a supportive team.

Experience of at least 1 year with young people (ideally in a school) is required; Team Teach/Physical Intervention training is desirable to enable effective de-escalation and safe student engagement.

Qualifications

• Youth Worker required to work with students to provide behavioural and pastoral support
• at least 1 years' experience with young people, ideally in a school setting
• Youth Worker must have strong behaviour management skills
• ideally Team Teach/ Physical Intervention Trained

Responsibilities

• 1:1, in class and outside class support to students
