Job summary

Teach360 in Lambeth is seeking a Youth Worker (Behaviour Mentor) for a mainstream secondary school, with an ASAP start. You will provide behavioural and pastoral support to students, including 1:1, in-class, and break-time assistance.

The role requires experience with young people and strong behaviour management. Team Teach/ physical intervention training is desirable. This is a long-term contract with potential progression.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people, ideally in a school setting.
• Strong behaviour management skills are essential.
• Empathetic approach with ability to build rapport with students.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, in-class and outside-class behavioural and pastoral support.
