Job summary

Teach360 in Lambeth is seeking a Youth Worker (Behaviour Mentor) for a mainstream secondary school, with an ASAP start. You will provide behavioural and pastoral support to students, including 1:1, in-class, and break-time assistance.

The role requires experience with young people and strong behaviour management. Team Teach/ physical intervention training is desirable. This is a long-term contract with potential progression.

• Youth Worker Required for a Mainstream Secondary School in the borough of Lambeth
• Youth Worker required to work with students to provide behavioural and pastoral support
• Youth Worker required to have at least 1 years' experience with young people, ideally in a school setting
• Youth Worker must have strong behaviour management skills
• Youth Worker ideally be Team Teach/ Physical Intervention Trained

You will be required to provide 1:1, in class and outside class support to your students. You will be working closely with students with challenging behaviour and therefore will carry a good understanding of how to build a good rapport with your students. Team Teach or physical restraining training is desirable for this role.
