Job summary

Teach360 is seeking a dedicated Youth Worker (Behaviour Mentor) for a mainstream secondary school in Croydon, start ASAP. You will support students with behavioural and pastoral needs, delivering 1:1 and in-class support, and help manage challenging behaviour within a supportive team.

Experience of at least 1 year with young people (ideally in a school) is required; Team Teach/Physical Intervention training is desirable to enable effective de-escalation and safe student engagement.

Qualifications

You will have the knowledge and experience of providing support to students that come from different walks of life. You will be working closely with students with challenging behaviour and therefore will carry a good understanding of how to build a good rapport with your students. Team Teach or physical restraining training is desirable for this role.
