Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Contract Representative to lead the Isle of Wight contract, managing senior client relationships, performance reporting and variations. You will have full P&L ownership for the Lynbottom facility and Afton Marsh HWRC, directing a fleet and 120 staff across multiple sites.

You will drive safety, compliance and continuous improvements while forming part of Veolia's leadership team to support strategic goals and sustainable operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing large, multi-site waste/portfolio contracts.
• Strong financial acumen with full P&L ownership and budgeting experience.
• Proven track record leading senior-level client relationships and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Isle of Wight Contract as Veolia's Contract Representative, managing senior client relationships and contract variations.
• Direct operational responsibility for Lynbottom Waste Management Facility and Afton Marsh HWRC, including multi-site collections and a fleet of vehicles.
• Own the contract budget, produce business plans, and ensure service delivery and KPI achievement across sites.
• Ensure Health and Safety, environmental and legal compliance and drive continuous improvements and innovations.
• Contribute to business strategy as a member of the leadership team.
