Qualifications

• 5 years' supervisory experience in process industries (waste incineration/power generation/chemical plants).
• Thorough understanding of health & safety regulations and environmental permits.
• Experience ensuring compliance and maintaining safe systems of work.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects of the facility.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management Systems.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget for the Operations Department.
• Liaise with the Maintenance Manager on projects and plant improvements.
• Be available for emergency call-outs during breakdowns.
