Red Funnel Limited is seeking an enthusiastic On Board Services Crew member to join our Passenger Operations team on a permanent basis. You will work aboard our ferries (Red Falcon, Red Osprey, Red Eagle), attending to passengers and prioritising safety in a demanding but rewarding environment.

The role requires a safety‑minded individual with strong customer service and the ability to work well under pressure.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced catering environment.
• Able to cash handle and maintain accuracy.
• Willing to obtain ENG1 medical certificate (pre-employment, company paid).

Responsibilities

• Attend to passengers' needs and ensure their safety.
• Work afloat on Red Funnel ferries (boat crew).
• Adapt to 4-on/4-off shift patterns and varied hours.
