Qualifications

• At least 10 years' relevant experience in a Relationship Manager or equivalent role in Islamic Banking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with corporate, commercial and SME customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive client engagement and structured relationship management.
• Promote Shariah-compliant banking products and services to meet customers' financial needs.
• Grow the deposit portfolio by acquiring new current and fixed-term deposit accounts.
• Achieve revenue, asset growth and business development targets.
